Your lawn is scheduled on the same day every week. However, bad weather and other uncontrollable factors could impact your schedule at times.
Residential: For recurring services such as mowing and lawn treatments, we require a credit or debit card on file and services are billed to that card the Sunday after they are performed. For example, if your lawn is mowed or treated on Wednesday, your card will be billed for that service the following Sunday. We accept all major credit cards.
Commercial: The last day of the month an invoice will be emailed out for all services performed that month.
The only things we ask are that your pet droppings are routinely picked up, that we have access to back gates, and that objects such as toys, hoses, and other objects are moved off of the lawn.
To prevent tracking pet waste into our truck, trailer and onto the next property we will clean it up for you. The first time there will not be a charge and we will email you a reminder. Every additional time will result in a $25 service charge.
No. Our battery powered equipment is every bit as effective and powerful as the best commercial gas equipment. You will get the quality cut you expect without the air and noise pollution.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for our customers, we only offer weekly mowing services. We aim to give our customers a quality service that is reliable and efficient. To do this we cannot add additional one-time customers into our weekly schedule. Bi-weekly service compromises the quality of the cut and is not recommended.
That being said, during hot and dry stretches if your lawn does not need to be mowed, we will not be mowing. There will be no charges for the week your lawn is not mowed.
